4. Another reason to transfer music

It's not easy to bungie-cord a turntable onto the motorcycle. The needle skips a little on bumpy roads.

Ipod is much more convenient.

7. That's a big improvement over an 8-track

If you don't like the song on an 8-track, you have to fast-forward or -backward one cut at a time. With a turntable, you just pick up the needle and drop it (gently) onto the track you want. With a live band, you just yell "Hey, that sucks! Play something else!"
