I told her I had the same trouble until I got a trackball.

Here's mine:

My sister got one yesterday, says it's taking some getting used to, but she loves it.

2. I hate mice.
I use this.

It's got a big ball, scroll wheel, and four fully assignable buttons.

Comes with a wrist rest so your wrist and forearm are stationary.

It's velocity adjustable. Roll quick and the cursor zooms across the screen.
Slow down and you've got all the control you need.

4. I stopped having those problems when I started using a wireless optical mouse, actually.
Wonder why. Maybe there's some subtle difference in how I use it.

6. Way better;

More articulation with the thumb... but now I can't live without it.

Any trackball mouse is superior to a roaming mouse though.

8. I have that exact trackball!
When I gave my desktop to my roommate after I got my laptop, I made him get his own mouse. I always hook up the trackball to my laptop! I love it!!

:hi:

9. You kids and your newfangled mice.
In my day, we had to right or left-click and like it!

10. I still have to right and left-click.

Now, the mouse is stationary and you move the ball with your fingers.

Like an upside-down inside-out mouse.
