we did a Brendan Frasier double feature yesterday: Mummy 3 and Journey to Center of the Earth 3D
both were jolly fun! Catch these two if you can before they leave the theaters, they deserve a big screen viewing.

1. I wanted to see Mummy 3 earlier this week
but wasn't able to make for some reason (I think I had to work really late that day.) So, I'll take your word for it over the lukewarm review of the Houston Press and go see it this coming week :) I don't know if Journey to the Center of the Earth is still playing here or not, but I think Brendan Fraser is a great actor. Blast from the Past is still one of my faves for him :)

Brendan Frasier kind of annoys me but I might go anyway if the movie is good.

3. I have never liked the Mummy 1 2 or 3, but
I did like the updated version of Journey to the Center of the earth. The fact that it was in 3D was even more cool.

6. wasn't it? I enjoyed the 3D in 'Monster House' a bit more but I think the
fact that it was 100% animated was an asset there. Definitely a fun movie.

5. it was fun. A little contrived, but still fun. I love how they always end up with
these mass armies of critters The special effects are very nice too.

4. Journey TO the Center of the Earth, or Journey AT the Center of the Earth?

7. I am assuming this is to point out the major blooper on the trailer in the link?
however you made me look because I did have to go check my own theater's listings to see if it was 'to' or 'at' :)

8. Heh, you obviously didn't see far enough into it.
This is a re-edited spoof trailer. :P

9. Should've made it a triple-header with 'The Passion of Darkly Noon'
That would really have rounded out the evening!

11. More of a sequel to 'George of the Jungle'
Watch it with the kids--they'll love it!
