New craigslist furbabies! (Pics!)

A few weeks ago, I posted that I had adopted a new kitteh. This is a new pic of Lina:


Our big, old cat wasn't loving her and she really wanted to play. This got her much hissing and many swattings. So, last Thursday I brought home a playmate for her. Meet Lucy:





She and Lina chase each other around and "rassle" like crazy. I'm so glad they are having a good time, altho at times it sounds like they are fighting. I've watched them tho, and they pretend bite and then lick each other. They both love their little games.

Saturday, we went and adopted a dog. She was dumped off out in a rural area near here and they couldn't find a home for her (probably because she's so dang big for six months old!) and were going to have to take her to the pound. She's a very sweet and well behaved dog and does follow commands well. She's getting along with our current dog and she adores my husband. Hates it when he is anywhere out of her sight. I didn't get to name any of them except for Lina. Lucy and Tabby already had names when I got them and they already knew them so I figured it was silly to change them.

Anyway, lots of furry love going around at our house!

Your new creatures are beautiful. I love Lina's pose in the first pic...are you sure her name isn't Ilene? ;)

I get along great with critters. You have a big heart to take in critters who need homes and love. :D

Thank you for helping these adorable babies! I'm a kitty person all the way :loveya:, but even I can see that that is a cute dog, too. :)
