2. I'm not far from there -

We have had rain since about 9:30 AM, increasing in intensity, getting windy the last few hours, supposed to go on till Sunday morning.

We do get the occasional tornado in this area, unusual but it does happen.

3. I agree. This year we haven't had many tornado problems..

in the area, but I remember years there were at least a few. More than there used to be, and it seems like the Delaware Valley area is a little fertile for them - not compared to the midwest, but for the northeast.

This is a tropical system, too, and they always carry tornado risk.
