2. Only if they also mock Airport disaster movies while they're at it.
Actually, being an amateur expert on Ancient Rome, I find too many of these movies distracting because of all the mistakes they make representing the period. "Gladiator" was the best of them, and it still made a ton of mistakes.

3. I've heard that Costner's "Robin Hood" got quite a bunch wrong
are we talking at that sort of level?

7. That's Medieval England, not Ancient Rome. But yeah, "Robin Hood, Prince Of Thieves"
bit the weenie. Let's not even talk about Costner's accent, or lack thereof.

One thing I did like about Costner's "RH" was the way they pointed out that the Muslim world of the time was a center of marvelous, progressive enlightenment. Muslims made astonishing advances in disciplines such as medicine, mathematics, astronomy, architecture, literature, poetry and many other fields.

10. Well, it couldn't have been less accurate than the movie it was spoofing.
That's for sure.

8. You mean like some of the old Sword & Sandal / Hercules movies?
;)

If so, here are some to download. There are so many, you'll just have to sift through the titles and go with the obvious ones:

Action/Adventure
Sci-Fi/Fantasy

:)

14. What kind of plane is it?
Oh, it's a big pretty white plane with red stripes, curtains in the windows and wheels and it looks like a big Tylenol.
