Yerba Mate
Anyone else drink this...?

Years ago I used to drink a tea called Morning Thunder when I had to pull an all-nighter studying. I have just discovered that you can get multiple varieties here in the good old UAE. I forgot how much it can kick you in the butt!

I used to drink that when I was in law school. I looked for it a few years ago, couldn't find it and figured it had been discontinued. Do they still sell it in the US? Man, I loved that stuff...

3. I have only seen morning thunder and MATE for that matter in
specialty health food stores.

It has always tasted as a halfway drink between coffee and tea to me.

I haven't had it in awhile though - my girlfriend is really into drinking strange tisanes, and she makes it from time to time. There used to be, and probably still is, a yerba mate soda that I really loved. It's an incredibly strange but delicious taste, and very refreshing served cold.
