1. for the debates and other election specials, but they will be doing commentary
so actually it may be a sneaky way to let them do what they want.

It all remains to be seen

It does make Countdown and Rachel's new show more important to watch daily.

KO was hampered by the anchor role. As analyst he can really tell it like it is. Go Keith!

3. I'd rather see KO as a commentator
As an anchor, he is expected to maintain some semblance of neutrality. Keith is at his best when he is open about where he stands, to hell with appearances.

4. I don't like it, but it would be disingenuous for Keith to pretend to be impartial.
MSNBC probably doesn't want to be officially known as the FAUX news of the left, which is understandable. But it still sucks.
