Today, I got a pm from a DUer I haven't seen in years (maybe 4, or 3.5 years)

I'm so excited to hear from her, and I hope she comes back (as she said she may). I haven't heard from her in even longer since one of my other favorite, long, lost DUers, BlondieK143 (who has an adorable baby boy for those who don't know) disappeared.

Um. I was an Edwards supporter (doh!!). I voted for him in the primaries on Super Tuesday even though he had dropped out. I was rather indifferent in the Clinton-Obama wars of 2008- I liked them both and thought that either would make a good candidate. Although I was tending to lean Obama at the end for a variety of reasons.

Then again, I wasn't the warrior I was in 2008, that I was in 2004.

If I remember correctly, I was mainly a Lounge whore back then (I was all over DU then, but even though I was a Deaniac, I wasn't part of the wars then - just a supporter of whomever the Dem nominee was).

While being a very active member in 2004, this is my first instance of being in the fire of a primary war. In 2004, I just sat back and watched many people getting banned.

and got a fairly good taste of the primary wars over there. That's the reason I couldn't even sneak a peak over here sometimes- I knew it was going to be absolutely nasty.

I just took a look at my old ignore list. Fun times! Bets on how long it will take me to add someone to it?
