We lost our 11 year old yellow Lab, Allie, a month ago. Not over it at all. vard jr. is 13 and we got Allie when he was 2 so they could grow up together. The only good part about it is she went in her sleep after being sick for not too long, and when vard jr. wasn't home.

We're gonna get another yellow Lab from a brother in law when his dog's next litter arrives and is ready to go in a few months.

I appreciate the hug. :)

Dog: Cory/Peanut: Great big sweetheart

Cat: lilian; feed me again!

That's it.

Cory (aka Peanut) is about 115 pounds, mixed Doberman/Great Dane, smart as many people, and very much a cuddler. He has the Dane's goofy sense of humor, and is very independent - was tha Alpha dog at his previous owner's, who had about 12 dogs. He still tries to run us, and sometimes does.

Cat is a crazy little thing who will bit at random when you pet her.
We rescued her from a deep snowstorm when she was teacup sized, and she has never voluntarily left the house in the last 12 years. She is all ours, and crazy as hell.
