Tsing Parche was an irrational act. Cannot understand that. Is there any recourse? I have never disagreed with a pizza delivery before; but Parche? Obviously an error, and someone acted in haste. Liberals are not known for black and white thinking. There is something off beam here.

You know if he broke a rule, well, sometimes that happens, he is a smart and personable liberal, he needs us and we need him. Bring Parche back!

anyway, let's not make this a thread to complain about the mods, but if folks want to ask them to reconsider, i'm sure that can be done through a pm to them. i'd be glad to help out.

Making public (or even private) pleas/petitions to the mods will not help. In fact, it may even make it worse for a banned DUer to come back. It's completely up to the banned member to make his/her own amends with the Admins (not the mods, though having them on your side doesn't hurt).

He has to realize why he was suspended (I think he knows why he was TS'ed) and own up to it, and apologize for it, and of course, guarantee he will never cross that path again.

Also, he should probably wait a while and let himself fade from memory before contacting the Admins with a full acknowledgment of his transgression(s) and that he realizes how fucked up it was, and that he's seen the errors of his way, etc. The more DUers keep alive his memory/banishment, the less likely this will happen.

Again, take it as you wish.

Of course, many of us just adore Parche. I hope he reads your post and follows your advice and we will see him again in the future.
