Ike knocked over MommaCoffee's pecan tree
I loved that tree! They got really huge, delicious pecans off of it.

2. They're doing fine so far, thanks for asking, 5-gan.
My parents and both sisters, aunt and uncle and two cousins live in Houston. Talked to my mom this morning, other than the pecan tree taking out a fence and a live powerline down in the back yard, they're great. My sisters' houses are fine too.

3. Meanwhile, 175 miles to the west, nary a drop of rain.
A foot down and getting worse. Drought sucks. Not as much as losing your house or property, but it sucks.
