Craigslist robberies
Edited on Sat Sep-13-08 02:06 PM by HEyHEY
I heard a guy on the skytrain talking about how his friend got robbed because he was going to meet a guy to buy an ibook for $1300 or something. He hooked up with him on the internet. The guy was told to bring cash. So what happened? Well, there was no Ibook when he got to the location. There was, however, a thug with a knife who held it straight at the dudes throat and demanded the dough he KNEW the guy was carrying CAUSE HE TOLD HIM TO.
Anyway, anyone heard much about these kind of robberies?

here in MN we had some craigslist killings.

Always meet in a public place people, additionally if someone is stupid enough to buy an iBook for 1300 bucks, something is wrong...

Might take a little doing.
