just got home from the ER.

either i have a bladder infection or a UTI . . . .

home now with antibiotics and pain meds.

This sounds manageable.
Cranberry juice may be good for UTIs or bladder infections. In case you have never had it, cranberry juice is really tart and not really drinkable straight. However, don't get cranberry cocktail because it has corn syrup and other not so good stuff. Either water it down or mix it with a sweeter juice, like apple juice.

13. Get yourself some Azo-Standard
It's an over the counter med that will turn your pee bright, screaming orange, but will do miracles for the pain. Avoid it if you're allergic to sulfa, though.

And finish those antibiotics!

they think they caught it early - the pain I have is located in my back right side ribcage.
crikey - it's difficult to find a position to relax or sleep.
