Last year I was kicked out of a funeral home
for arguing with a Vietnam veteran. Ask me anything. Or just tell me what a horrible, horrible person I am.

1. What did you say to the vet?
And what did the vet say to you?

2. In my defense....
at the time of the argument, I did not know that he was a Vietnam veteran. If I had known that, I probably would have been nicer to him. As it was, all I knew was that he was the person in charge of the funeral home, and my grandfather had just died. Which obviously made me very upset. So when this guy started talking about the price of coffins and burial services, I replied with something along the lines of, "My grandfather just died and you see it as a BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY?!?!" followed by a string of curses. Which resulted in me being kicked out of the funeral home.

3. Oh, that's not bad.
I thought you ripped into the vet about the military or military service.

5. The way you made it sound
I thought it was really bad. Don't worry about it.

Poor Donnie.

8. "Walter" was John Goodman's character in "The Big Lebowski."
He was a severely unbalanced Vietnam vet, and Donny was a friend of his, played by Steve Buscemi.

10. Scene from Big Lebowski, at a funeral home. **spoiler**
Donnie dies, and he's cremated. The Dude and Walter are at a funeral home, and are given a bill for the urn, and Walter starts cursing at the cost, since he's only going to dump the ashes. So they wind up buying a coffee can. It's oddly more funny and more touching than that sounds, if you haven't seen it.
