Rush hour in San Francisco - WOW !
.
.
.

Heck, if there's two cars in front of me in Northern Ontario, that's traffic !

Not much wonder people are stressed before they get to work already !!

Oh - image updates when page is loaded, so won't be "rush hour" in a couple of hours,

but check back in 7 hours, should be all going the OTHER way . .

2. Looks just like Atlanta, Ga rush hour.
Luckily, I am able to avoid it, as my work hours are 7 to 4, so I leave the house at 6 a.m.

11. Hey JCCyC...
I heard a CBC radio ducumentary about the public transit system in Brazil. Supposedly it's the finest in the world, and transit authorities from all over visit Brazil to study it.

Do you know of this?

Too many buses, not enough subway. Drilling under mountains is DAMN HARD. But the buses are okay, I guess. You CAN get from anywhere from anywhere without a car. And I do mean ANYwhere.

Coming from the USA, though, you'll love it.

Edit: don't know about Canada, though.

4. I saw a truck go by a little while ago
on the paved road about a half mile from my acre of solitude in South Mississippi. They'll probably be another one come along soon.

9. Looks like the "rainy" season
.
.
.

I remember when I lived there,

Weather was beauty most of the time

But it rained for almost six weeks straight in the spring

But usually all cleared up by 10am or so every day - -

Mission Valley was bad for flooding too . .

Road closures were "normal" for this time of year

But I LOVED SanDee!
