A little known fact about McClown:

He also was a POW during the Roman civil war of 49 BC.

The civil war was a series of political and military confrontations between Julius Caesar and his legions, against the traditionalist conservative faction in the Roman Senate backed by legions loyal to Pompey.

Back then John McCain was named Joannis McAnus and was on Pompey's side.

He broke 4 catapults before crashing into enemy territory after a Centurion decided to

catapult him over-there for being so inept. He was captured and spent several years in a dungeon

in the north waiting to be feed to the lions.

Several years after his release he tried to become Emperor saying that

the fact that he have been a POW meant that he was competent enough to rule

the Empire but the Romans laughed at him and he decided to

keep a low profile for a while.
