I have a minor neck injury from my getting too excited about recent KOS polls....

Just a painful muscle kink that hit me Thursday and has flared back up again today. Given that I had 6 units of alcohol last night, am I safe to keep downing advil every few hours or will it be too hard on my gut and on my liver? I'm 25 and would classify myself as a light-to-moderate drinker...I generally drink 10 - 15 units a week, but some week's it can hit 20ish and other's less than 5.
