My cat found a new way to wake me up this morning.....
She was scratching the window! Squeek Squeek Squeek--what an annoying noise! Like nails on a chalkboard. As far as I can tell there wasn't a bird or anything outside the window..And she's smart since I got up and yelled at her..(oh and she is sitting happily on my lap as I type this) I'm betting this is something that I hear again in the future....:banghead:

1. Yeah, some people don't think critters can be very smart
But once they figure out how to get what they want, they'll stick to it.

2. If you open your window,
You'll get the "cat claws stuck in screen" meow, which will really wake you up.

4. Max just uses the wall
That's close to nails on the chalkboard. I don't know how paws on the wall make such a horrible noise. I assume he's not using claws since my wall isn't scratched.

Or he knocks things over on my dresser. Or walks across my chest. Or starts biting hand/feet.

5. Let me guess. Sophie's the culprit.
Doesn't sound like Smokie's modus operandi. ;) :hi:

10. Well I don't know what's worse.....
waking up to that sound, or waking up to Natasha's, um.....release of noxious gas. :puke: And unfortunately for me, she was sleeping right up against my side of the bed, so I was in the direct line of fire.

Now that I think about it, you got off easy this morning, TZ.

11. I enjoyed seeing the new stadium and the weather was perfect but.
Oh man...the Nats...I swear they should name them the Keystone Kops...It fell into the category of such bad fielding that it was funny...

14. Hope it was an enjoyable night out anyway.
No matter the field or the conditions, it's always disappointing - at least for those who go to a game to see a game - when the home team boots it. Time after time after time.

But I confess I'm thrilled to see a hometown team today. I may actually root for the Pads, Nats gear notwithstanding.
