Favorite James Bond (film) recurring character?

that is NOT a regular like M, Q or Money Penny.

I'm thinking of the likes of Sylvia Trench, Jaws, Sheriff JW Pepper, Valentin Zukovsky, Jack Wade etc.

My vote goes to Zukovsky (GE and TWINE), KGB agent turned Russian mafioso. He had some great comedic lines.

"I'm looking for a submarine. It's big and black, and the driver is a very good friend of mine."
