3. there's not really anything nonsensical about it nowadays
because many of the words he invented for the poem are actually in the dictionaries now.

It was nonsense when he wrote it because the words didn't mean anything at the time.
Now, it's not nonsense because the words have been defined and used countless times by other authors.

5. Lewis Carroll was prescient.
He anticipated Sarah Palin answering questions about the Supreme Court. But he got it wrong--he actually used sentence structure.

12. My son was Jabberwocky for Halloween when he was 9 years old
I'll have to see if I can find a pic. No one knew who was supposed to be :(
