Any recipe ideas involving mache greens?

I just bought a box...they're quite yummy, but I'm not sure what I can use them for other than just snacking.

On edit: apparently, they're also called lamb's lettuce.

Either way I've never heard of any use other than salads, although people do braise greens and season them with whatever... vinegar, bacon, soy sauce etc. Yum.

2. Nope. Totally different green. Mache is almost buttery compared to arugula's bitterness.

They're mostly good fresh, in a salad, with some kind of light vinaigrette.

www.epicurious.com is a great site to use when you have an ingredient and aren't sure what to do with it; just type the ingredient name in the recipe search field, and it'll give you a range of recipes.

I'm an arugula addict... to me it tastes like nuts and I can't get enough of it. :hi:
