She speaks seven languages, drives a vehicle, and can herd cats! I normally let her post to threads like this, but she is up in Idaho buying sheep.

Is she a Border Collie?

We had a Border Collie named Cody for 6 years -- we got him from a shelter. He was one of the smartest and most amazing dogs, ever!

I love Border Collies.

She's a wonderful addition to our family. She was a twice rescued girl with special needs. We've always had working dogs, so the rescue agency was comfortable we could work with her. Her special needs were mostly met when she taught us how to throw a tennis ball. That game never gets tired, especially when I watch her mastering geometry and physics to determine where the ball will end up after I zing it against a wall or off the shed roof. She is really good.

I get nervous when she drives, though, because she is easily distracted when we drive past livestock. She forgets she is driving and wants to go herd the livestock, instead.

She has Min Pin, named Cocoa, who is 14 years old. They are so cute!

Okay, I lied...this is my son's dog...but I get to sleep with him when I doggie sit...
I don't invite him, he sticks his snoot under the covers and makes his way in...
As you can see, I can play dress-up with a pit bull, and sleep with him, too!
