We are giving our third counter-offer tomorrow a.m. This house may be sold.
NO FUCKING WAY.

But I won't count my chickens &etc. Whoa. Anybody want a Steinway grand? It won't fit in any place I can afford to buy and I may have to move SOON!!!!!! :D
