I am never listening to Ambient music again. I swear I fucked up my body for life
Wednesday night I listened to Music for Airports and then sometime around 3am I feel down the steps. I don't even remember going there. I can't even remember how to spell "fell". Or was I being sexay with the steps? Or steppes?

My body is so sore and banged up (nothing is broken except the general concept of my body being broken).

HELP - how do I recover from this?
