They come in a box, although I would instinctively avoid something that said "lite" pertaining to tampons.....

In the 8 years that we have been married (almost 10 years together) my husband has only had to picked up feminine products for me on two occasions. Both times it was because I was too tired to drive and he offered.

I am SO craving them right now...my sister and I used to go through a five pound bag of those things in about an hour with red lips and fingertips to prove it!!
