Any hints on how to get rid of the puffiness around your eyes
after a good cry.....

:(

I have the prep H but it doesn't seem to be working....

any one else know of any way to help them go down fast??

My eyes look like I have an allergic reaction...
puffy and swollen

got kicked in the gut again yesterday and lost it last night..
but what else is new?? :hug:

1. Tea bags....
brew some tea, let the bags cool and hold them on your eyes for like 10 minutes...

7. Lymph drainage massage?
Do lymph drainage massage. Take a thin lotion, hopefully one without too much oil. Apply this and then very lightly stroke the area under and over your eyes toward your nose, very lightly, no stretching the lymph is very superficial and needs only the gentlest stroke. The tea bag idea is also good. Oh and :hug:

There is a gel variety that works very quickly. Or try an ice cube wrapped in a dishtowel.
