13. They need to be soaking in the milk for awhile.
And the Law of Lucky Chams sez the marshmallows are good about the same time the cereal part starts getting soggy. You have about a 30 second opportunity for optimal Lucky Charmage.

15. All these wonderful sugary cereals that I can't buy because I have kids!
The second they tasted that sh*t they would NEVER EVER EVER eat "Cocoa Bumpers" and consider themselves lucky again.

I was at a big business hoopla at a fancy So. Cal. resort a few weeks ago and broke open a box of Froot Loops, because it's the only damned time I ever get to eat them.

I used to always have a box of Cookie Crisp at home. That sh*t is long, long gone. But sooooo tasty.

Poor kids.

Edited on Fri Nov-14-08 04:10 PM by chimpsrsmarter
like any of it, how the hell can a person not like frosted flakes or Captain Crunch, i could see if i bought the crunch berry kind her not liking it but original? She doesn't really care for desserts either, sometimes i wonder if she's really my spawn.

18. Bizarre!!!
My kids, particularly the 3 year old is the exact opposite. You give him one thing that's sweeter than anything else, and he will never, ever eat the original thing again.

Special K is good! But so is the rest of it!

My wife puts like 2 pounds of brown sugar on grape nuts, I wanna puke. Somehow my mom convinced me growing up that you should never put more than one spoonful of sugar on any cereal, and somehow it's still what I see as "right".

Now the size of the spoon, that's another matter.

20. When I was a kid, I would eat all of the cereal pieces first.
So that at the end I could eat all the marshmallows at one time. It was like my treat to myself for eating the "healthy" part of my breakfast...kind of like a small dessert.

Oh GAWD how I love those marshmallows!!! :D

I eat marshmallow cereal maybe once a year, but it's good.

They're always after me Lucky Charms!
