8. Like I said before damn could he write a song even if he couldn't sing a lick; my favorite
version of that particular song is, and has always been, Emmylou's.

(Even back when I used to sing it my ownself.)

11. Hey, tastes vary; just because I don't think he sang well doesn't mean that you or
anyone else shouldn't think he was a good singer.

(I do admit that I get a bit spooked when I see pictures of him, given that he and I looked a fair amount alike at some given ages. But I could NEVER songwrite like him, not in my wildest dreams.)
