I wanted to get off the jerkySTBE Mr MB's family plan and reclaim my number. They kept telling me it was done when it was not, and they were telling him he needed to call/come in, etc. They never took me off - finally I set up a Verizon account to get my number back.
2. Heh....I've been a customer for over two years and just got a phone "upgrade"
though it's not an upgrade, but a total piece of shit..plus it doesn't have a camera or video recorder ( like my old phone did ). I'm trying to figure out why this piece of shit is considered an upgrade
Can you document when you asked for the change and that they heard / read your request? I would just send a check for the single plan rate (or your best guess on what you should be paying) and enclose a note telling them they needed correct your bill, and to contact you and let you know they are taking care of it.
Ask for names and confirmation numbers and all that $h!+
