Tensions Run High in the Last Days of the Bush Whitehouse

Near the end of his disastrous tenure, Condolleeza Rice is outlining President Bush's morning agenda for him.

"And after your daily hour of tetherball," says the Secretary, "you're scheduled to meet your successor in the Oval Office."

"That's bullshit," fumes the executive. "How dare you talk to me like that?"

Secretary Rice and the Whitehouse staff sit stunned at this shocking lack of decorum, nervously watching as the President fights to tamp down his rage.

"No one," he says, "and I mean no one is successer than me."
