It looks to me as if they released a beta version of this movie

And I'm not referring to video format

that I had to go with Eh.

But the movie was just "eh." Not bad, but I think the problem came when they had to fill in too much free time, seeing as the original is a picture book.

better than a lot of stuff.


Tom Hanks as every character is a bit creepy, though, maybe it's the type of animation. But some of the images, like the reindeer on the tundra, are gorgeous.

such as the marbles rolling from the torn pocket, but mostly I thought it was uneven in the animation. And I have yet to see any animation that can replicate a natural run.

Just because you can doesn't mean you should.

It was nice for a kid's movie.

christmas is about getting presents? feh.

Twenty years from now it'll look as dated as those awful old stop-motion x-mas specials. Not Rudolph, that's a classic. I mean the really, really, really bad ones.

Creepier, even.
