2. OK, there was a little bleu cheese

But it was mainly a "spring mix" and some nuts. It was yummy. But sometimes the whole "I am eating a bowl of leaves" thing seems weird.

Welcome to the soy-free, meat-analog-free low-sugar low-carb vegetarian diet. That's my preferred mode of eating when I can get it. It's much cheaper if you make your own salad.
