5. There is no "best foreign film" category
They changed it to "best foreign language film" several years ago because with the number of US production companies shooting films overseas plus the number of joint US/foreign productions, it became too difficult to define "foreign" film.

Since there is a "best foreign language film" category, will "The Passion" qualify for that next year?
