Yup. That about explains it. I left 12 bucks in my drawer. Put it there after my mom sent it to me so that I could go to The Passion this week. I'm notoriously horrible with money so I left it there so I wouldn't spend it. I know I didn't touch it, know I didn't put it someplace else before I left. I never even thought that would happen. Not to mention the fact that my computer was completely wacked out when I got back from the weekend. I'm pissed and hurt and moving. There are two things I just can't take: Being lied to and stole from. It royally pisses me off and makes me feel like I'm disrespected.

1. Did you ask him/her about it?
it "might" just be a misunderstanding

2. Not cool.
Take some of roomie's CDs on your way out. It's better than taking it out of roomie's ass, which is probably what I would have done.

5. I'm thinking about taking the phone and telling her...
That she can have it back when I get my 12 dollars back.
It sounds really juvenile, but it would be a good idea. I'm so freaked out. God, I really hate feeling this way.

8. No, just open the mouthpiece and take out the
pickup.

3. Yuck - rommates
Colleges have the insane idea that you can throw strangers together and everything will be fine. Rarely happens. Hopefully you will find a better friend or apartment mates to be a roomie with next year.

4. Had to get my own room when I was in college
I was in a girls dorm.... but the first weekend I was there my roommate brought in her boyfriend at like 3am and had sex (yes while I was in the room). I complained and she lied and said no such thing happened. I'm like a bed doesnt just shake and make noises like that on its own.... so I got my own room and was forever greatful for it.

I wish you luck

7. Try the bunk bed above you.
The first time it happened I didn't know what to do, so I just put the covers over my head and hummed. By the way NOT effective.
The next time I was ready, when they woke me up at 2:45 am. I put my foot up hard against the bouncing mattress. Motion stopped. I could hear zipping and feet move. I never said a word about it, neither did my roommate. I asked for a new roommate at Christmas break. I wish her well were ever she ended up in life.
Duckie don't do anything rash, talk first. If she confesses and repays you all the better, If not YOU did the right thing and gave her a chance. Just walk away.
Good luck Friend

6. I learned the hard way...
... about roommates. To defray expenses, I shared my first apartment with some guy going to the same tech school as me.

He was quite a piece of work, but I basically trusted him. About the 2nd of the month I come home and he's gone. He forgot to leave his share of the rent. :)

I got my own apartment and would never do that again...
