I'm cooking a 6 pound roast and I live by my self... Am I nuts?

They had a sale.

It's roasting with red taters, sweet onions, fresh mushrooms, baby corn and tomatoes. Yummmmmmm. Ready in 2 and 1/2 hours, come on over!

1. maybe just hungry?
roasts always seem to taste better as leftovers too... so dont sweat it if you have some leftovers.

6. Turkey Roast at Christmas
Our local supermarket gives away turkeys at Christmas. I had to buy a roasting pan, but I did it! And no, it didn't take forever to eat up the whole thing.
