Favorite film of the year?
WALL•ER - Medical waste handling robot brings zest, nostalgia, and far too many "where's the donor organ" jokes to the local hospital. Starring George Clooney.

The Dark Knit- Uncommonly aggressive sewing circle fights crime and chaos in their own inimitable fashion. Starring Judi Dench.

What's your favorite?

1. it was wonderful!

but for some strange reason, Mamma Mia was the most fun for me. I love musicals, even though I'm not a huge Abba fan, the film had a great fun, sun and sea-soaked quality iwth really good acting turns by a number of my faves.

2. Mamma Maya!, where Swedish muscians contemplate the illusory nature of their work
and how speaking the words of another language for profit, without actually understanding that language to begin with, is illusion itself?

Co-starring Milli Vanilli.

5. Quantum of Solace
Which isn't saying much, but the character of Bond was done 100% absolutely right. The "Bond Girl", as a persona, ranks amongst my favorites. Good looking too.

The plot was too jarring and really didn't address to avenging of Vesper... and while there were a lot of great set pieces, for a lead character to say "It's not about good or evil, just necessity" kinda kills off a lot of potential. Amongst other things.

10. Kung Fu Pandemic.
Everybody was kung-fu fighting. Those cats were fast as
