Can I get some Avatar help, Lounge?

I am trying to get this avatar:

Yesterday, I tried unsuccessfully to get it to load, and just now it loaded, without me doing anything. But, it loaded the one that I had sized 39x39. The one above is 48x48, so it won't be blurry. But when I upload, I can't replace the blurry one.

Do I have to wait until tomorrow?

3. try renaming the file?

The instructions are a bit odd for custom avatars, but if you follow them, it will work.
