Ye gods, I hate the "Reply All" feature.

There should be a "Are you sure you want to send this to EVERYBODY? Do they ALL need to see this?" popup window when Reply All is selected.

We're in the middle of a company-wide project roll out, and the entire management team is in the group. Several have had very specific questions as to their departments that only the Project Manager needed to see. Yet, in all the brillance that goes into clicking the mouse button, they've each chosen the Reply All option.

I did it once- Made the mistake of sending an email to EVERYONE and one person on that list should never have seen it... I still cringe when I think of it.
