Someone really doesn't like Delaware
So there was this former coworker of mine who was laid off last year. He worked for my company prior to the early 90's and was fired/laid off by the then boss. A decade later a new boss came and he came back after being "forced" to move to Delaware for work. The boss that fired him came back after new boss got fired and they worked together for a few years before he got laid off. The twice firing boss left the company to go back to Illinois this year and when former co-worker found out he was leaving he sent a scathing letter where he trashes everyone in the company (me only slightly) and accuses the boss of running the company into the ground.

Three days later he sent his resume in looking for a job.

The entire 2 page letter is epic win but I'll just transpose this one partial-paragraph and his actual closing.

My three biggest causes of loss of sleep, thanks to you, are: My wife's health condition which was probably caused by 10 years of inadequate medical health care in Delaware, My financial stability, I figure that being forced to spend 10 years in Survey Purgatory, Delaware, probably cost me, at least $85,000 in salary and at least $40,000 in 401k contribution's, And lastly, I have 10 years of wasted time on a job resume, from my time in Delaware.....

.......

A biter, disgruntled, former employee

1. I guess I should have posted this in the Delaware forum
I figured at least Lynnsin or Skinner would be all over this thread.

3. What's Delaware? Do you have to burp it to seal the lid?
If I have a party, will y'all come? :)

5. "a biter, disgruntled former employee"?
Maybe he should learn how to spell; might help his cause a little bit. Just sayin'.

And as a Delawarian, I feel his pain.
