How come we say "Be seeing you" and not "See being you" or "Ye being sou" or even "Seabeeing you"?

How come we say "Be seeing you" and not "See being you" or "Ye being sou" or even "Seabeeing you"?
I mean, why the slavish devotion to the one at the expense of the others?

We live in a silly world, and you all are lucky to have me here, making it less silly.
