Finally, I've hit my 1,000th post...

and it was a long time in coming, since I joined in 2002. A lurker for many years, I slowly, but surely accumulated posts over the years. It has been and interesting, educational, and sometimes frustrating ride to the 1,000 mark, but I'm here at last.

I want to wish everyone at DU peace, happiness and prosperity at Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa and in the New Year.
