Does your grocer carry 2 liter bottles of "Diet Dr Pepper cherry/vanilla flavor"?
Edited on Sat Dec-27-08 12:57 PM by HypnoToad
Mine only has 12oz cans so I have to plonk down $4 per 12 cans (About 4 Liter) compared to $1 for 2 Liter.

If you do, please tell me about it.

1. Isn't Dr. Pepper supposed to have 32 flavors in it?
What's the point of slapping cherry or vanilla on it then?

3. I thought they discontinued that flavor.
I'll freely admit that I could be confused with some other flavor.

4. Uh-oh... can soda pop be frozen?
There are still 8 cases available for purchase and they otherwise expire in March of 2009...

5. No, it'll expand the container, then go flat on thawing.
Not to worry, freezing isn't necessary. You can find discontinued soda years after they stop bottling it. Remember Crystal Pepsi? That stuff was around long after they stopped making it. There are services specializing in selling heirloom pop long after it's disappeared from grocery store shelves.

6. Crystal Pepsi was around a long time because it SUCKED.
Nobody wanted to BUY it.

7. You can freeze it.
But I'm afraid the carbon gas will make the containers explode inside your freezer and you'll have a big mess on your hands. Sadly, this is experience talking.
