interior design help needed
my combo dining room/living room is in serious need of help. I have three focal points in my tiny living room and need to position the furniture around them. The combo room is 24X28. Half is the dining room. IN the living room, the west wall has a view of the mountains, the south wall the tv and the east wall the fireplace. The north wall is where the dining room set is located. I really need some help in arranging the living room. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

1. Not having seen the room or your furniture
The couch should face south. Get two arm chairs and point them northeast and northwest.

2. any way to move the TV to the fireplace wall?
don't be afraid to get the furniture OFF the walls and use them as a way to 'divide' the spaces.

3. If it is a flat screen TV install it over the fireplace.
What shape is the dining room table? Need some pics and need to know furniture size and what type pieces of furniture you are using: ottomans, recliners, sofas, chairs, rugs, etc.
