HELL of a DAY!!!!!

First I get into a text message fight (most insane thing there may be) with my ex girlfriend. It goes nowhere.

Then we leave my dad's and go to the airport.

Then I fall HARD tripping on the curb, probably caught on Youtube, and bang up my knees, my arms, and hurt my arthritic neck in the process.

Then I come home and am having a hard time seeing, my glasses being at home because I ran off and left them :grr:

Almost have a serious accident

am very upset about that all the way home

talk to my ex wife about that

then get a text from you know who, wanting to know if I want to know what her AA sponsor has told her... I say sure, (like a fool) and it is that we shouldn't talk to each other until she is stronger. Fine I agree, and I support her blah blah blah.

Then the tongue lashing on text starts again (because she isn't supposed to be in contact with me) and I like any human, lash back, then I'm terrible.

So it goes on and on until it finally stops.

Now I'm sore from the fall, drained from the day, still in shock about the almost accident, and torn up about the stupid text fighting, missing my dad, and wondering if I'm completely crazy?

So I'm posting this shit here to put it out there.

and now it is tomorrow, and I haven't slept

I'm thinking really uncharitable things about the ex girlfriend right now. I leave my phone on because my son might need me. But I may have to come up with a different solution.

Oh well, I am sober, I am tired and sore, and I'll go to work tomorrow :D
