That was a spectacular failure -- the batter I'd tried to make it (breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, pepper) tasted so revolting that I took literally two bites and dumped the lot.

4. Don't do anything fancy with it
Put it in some fried rice with some teriyaki sauce. Make sure you include onions, carrots, and corn. It will be terrific. Promise.
