Been kind of a rough winter for us truckers here in Ohio and I'm looking into taking up a new trade. I also started a weight loss plan. They tell me what to eat instead of leaving me to my own devices. That's the kind of structure I needed. Got some blood work done recently and got the results back yesterday. My blood sugar and cholesterol were down siginificantly from the last time I did this. They are now in the healthy range. I have no idea how that happened seeing as how I've been known to engage in gluttonous behavior from time to time and I'm actually heavier than last time, but there you go. I'm healthy as a horse. Doc says to lose the weight anyway and that's what I'm doing.

Better health may end up being all we have when it's all said & done. Truckers we know out here are having; certainly were having a hell of a time through the high fuel prices and shortages in manifests that seemed to flow all down around that time-line, not to mention vendors pulling in on products and stuff like that; I'm sure you see some of it on your end. But here we are, yes?

Trying to live easy, work hard, and play harder only maybe sometimes a little less in spite of ourselves. Somewhere in the middle of it all we go forward :hug:
