Sarah Jessica Parker leaving Matthew Broderick

I'm not really into celebrity news, but this caught my eye in the grocery store and I looked it up. I thought these two were the real thing.

Has Sarah Jessica Parker Dumped Matthew Broderick?
By TheImproper.com

Is this the end for New York City dream couple Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick? Rarely the targets of tabloid headlines, Broderick and the "Sex and the City" star have been the subject of rumors for months that they are on the verge of a divorce.

Now, new reports have surfaced that Parker is house hunting in the city sans her husband, suggesting the couple has called it quits. If true, it's just one of a rash of celebrity breakups. The tabloid Star magazine reports in its latest issue that while Parker has tried in vain to make their marriage work, Broderick’s straying finally convinced her to line up a midtown real estate broker to help her find her own place.

"The time has come when she realizes it just isn't worth it," a friend of the couple tells the magazine. "Sarah Jessica is determined to get her own place and bring down the curtain on her marriage."

"Sarah's not stupid. She knows exactly what's going on. For a while it was easier for her to stay than go through a harsh divorce. They're essentially living separate lives," says the magazine, quoting another “insider.”

The couple has a 6-year-old son, James Wilkie. "They spent the holidays with him, pretending to be happy," says another source. "SJP is a great actress when she has to be!"

6. IT is funny how we get a feel for people when we really know
nothing about them. I felt the same as you. But I really know nothing about Broderick.

9. the funniest line in Ed Wood......
is when Sarah Jessica Parker as Ed Wood's girlfriend is reading the review of a play she starred in and says:

"do i really have a horse face?"

ok maybe not the funniest line in Ed Wood but it was funny considering she was saying it

3. Cheaters never win and winners never cheat.
Best wishes to Ms. Parker.

5. Yeah, supposedly he cheated.
Who knows for sure? I thought they were the real deal too, but it just goes to show that all marriages have issues. Even the real deal ones.

7. That would suck if it is true that he cheated. He seemed like a
better person than that. :(

Hanging out, partying and sleeping around with a 20 something women is such a "celebrity" thing to do. He always seemed like a more down to earth person than most celebrities.

8. Supposedly he had an affair with a 25 year old redhead
while Sarah Jessica was filming her movie... and his career isn't going as well as hers. It does seem like something that could be worked through if they both wanted to save the marriage.

But, once you lose trust in someone its not easy to go back.

10. I think his career is fine. Not to argue
He made BANK on The Producers all those years and he still picks up roles like in "Bee Movie" and "Desperaux"

He's been in 50 movies/TV appearances and probably still gets a cut of Ferris Bueller
