The Guava Jelly, one time only,semi-occasional Poetry thread break
The thick razors of stagnant freshness slice through my macaroni veins.
Ferocious zebras of peace drop their clinging stripes of self-reflecting forgetfulness.
The waking dreams of living corpses march silently away from the transparent darkness.
And I see hope.
I see scents of heroic failure.
I smell visions of a peaceful war.
I taste the sweat sticky goodness of Guava Jelly.
All is as it shouldn't be.
All is a myth.
