some sort of nose issue. It's because of the Sex and the City episode where Steve gets his nose smashed after walking in on Miranda and Robert having sex, and Robert (as a dr.) put the tampon up Steve's nose. An image that will forever stay in my mind.

I'm amazed with the medical profession...they make good use of these items!
